Payments and Refunds Policy

Payments

Refunds
Refunds may be requested within 5 days of your first payment. This initial period allows you to evaluate our services risk-free. After this 5-day period, all subsequent payments are non-refundable, regardless of service usage.
Subscription Pause/Cancellation
If you wish to pause or cancel your subscription, you must submit your pause or cancellation request at least 5 days before your next charge renewal date. Any pause or cancellation requests made less than 5 days before the renewal date will not be eligible for a refund and will apply to the following month's pause or cancellation.
Charge Disputes
*Please note that any charge disputes or chargebacks initiated without contacting us first will result in your account being blacklisted, and we will not work with you again in any capacity in the future.
